Opportunity
Director of Logistics – LATAM is responsible for leading Mattel’s regional logistics strategy and execution across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. The role oversees end‑to‑end logistics strategy & operations, including ocean freight, customs, warehousing, and national distribution, ensuring operational excellence, cost optimization, and service quality.
It partners with commercial, procurement, finance, customer service, People and Culture internally and with 3PLs externally, and engages in operational matters to validate execution and ensure alignment with global standards.
