Director, Institutional Advancement — Strategic Growth Lead

UWC Sport is seeking a Director: Institutional Advancement to lead fundraising strategies that enhance the university’s philanthropic income, brand visibility, and stakeholder engagement. This pivotal role involves reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor and developing comprehensive strategies encompassing fundraising, donor relations, and marketing. The desired candidate should hold a relevant Master’s degree, have extensive experience in fundraising, and possess excellent strategic leadership and communication skills to further UWC's ambition of becoming a leading research-intensive university.
