What you will do
You will own the full marketing motion for Lighthouse’s independent hotels segment worldwide. This includes leading a small team of marketers, setting the channel strategy, and building the demand engine that converts independent hoteliers into Lighthouse customers across NAM, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
Where you will have impact
- Own the indie marketing strategy: Build the global demand generation plan – channel mix, segmentation, content, budget allocation, and bottoms‑up pipeline targets – and adjust it monthly with data.
