Director, Human Resources (Medellín)

The Director of HR, Colombia is the senior HR leader for Colombia and the person who ensures the Company’s people strategy is effectively adapted and executed locally. Based in our Medellín, Colombia, office, this role requires a strong hybrid presence to effectively partner with local leaders and employees while collaborating closely with U.S.-based stakeholders. This role takes company-wide and HR-led strategy, translates it thoughtfully for Colombia, and moves it forward with credibility, discipline, and follow-through. This person will play a key role in helping Colombia continue building on its strengths while further strengthening accountability, business alignment, operational rigor, and manager effectiveness. Success in this role will require someone who can build trust, work effectively across U.S. and Colombia teams, translate strategy into action, and bring sound judgment across people, operations, and change.
