**Job Overview**
Lead the strategic expansion of Hyatt’s portfolio across China by originating, evaluating and executing management and franchise opportunities. This role is responsible for driving growth initiatives, strengthening owner relationships, and contributing to Hyatt’s long-term market positioning and competitiveness. This position will be based either in Hong Kong or Shanghai Head Office.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute Hyatt’s development plans according to the strategic direction of the company. Leverage strong industry knowledge and superior sales skills to sign deals.
+ Lead sourcing and conversion of development opportunities into projects. Work closely with internal and external departments to facilitate analysis, evaluation, approval and closure of prospective opportunities.
