DIRECTOR, FLEET CAPABILITIES, CONCEPTS, & EXPERIMENTATION

Summary You will serve as the Director for Fleet Capabilities Requirements, Concepts and Experimentation (N8/N9) for U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF) and be located at USFF headquarters, Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities You will coordinate development and execution of fleet concepts of operations and capabilities requirements, plans and processes within the directorate and in coordination with fleet stakeholders. You will work closely with Navy stakeholders and other agencies in assessing warfighting capabilities requirements and developing plans, goals, and objectives to meet these requirements. You will lead staff efforts in analyses, recommendations, documentation, and planning and execution of actions regarding Fleet capabilities requirements and assessment, transition of new capabilities from acquisition into the Fleet.
