The Director, Finance & Corporate Governance is a key member of the senior management team, providing strategic leadership and oversight across Finance, Talent (HR), and Administration within the Chamber.

The role safeguards SICC’s institutional integrity, financial sustainability, and people capability, while enabling the Chamber to fulfil its mandate as a trusted, independent convenor for international business, policy dialogue, and member services.

Operating in a lean environment, the Director is both strategic and hands‑on - serving as a steward of strong governance, transparency, and accountability, and as an enabler of SICC’s multi‑year transformation through fit‑for‑purpose systems, talent, and processes.
