Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the end‑to‑end external reporting and SEC filing process, including Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K, and proxy statements

+ Prepare, review, and deliver U.S. GAAP‑compliant financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A for public disclosure
