The Shipping Team at eBay builds and runs end-to-end shipping strategy and platforms across the buyer and seller experiences—spanning cross-border trade, delivery estimates, tracking, labels, routing, and rate management to power reliable, transparent delivery at scale. The team advances global shipping programs and capabilities that improve marketplace efficiency and customer trust across multiple regions. They partner closely with core experiences (Search, View Item, Cart, Checkout) to make delivery expectations clearer—exemplified by the rollout of Shipping Signals, which communicates speed and Get it by dates for buyers.
The group operates globally with engineering and product teams in Seattle, London, and Toronto, supporting trusted buyer outcomes and streamlined seller logistics.
