Job Description
Role Summary
The Director – Enterprise Accounts is responsible for driving strategic growth across key enterprise clients (banks, financial institutions, and large corporates). This role will lead revenue expansion, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and own end-to-end account strategy to maximize long-term value and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Management
- Own and grow relationships with Tier-1 enterprise clients (banks, NBFCs, fintechs)
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with client and company objectives
- Act as the primary executive sponsor for key accounts
2. Revenue Growth & Commercial Ownership
- Own P&L for assigned accounts
- Lead contract renewals, and fee restructures, along with Sales teams
3. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
