The South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI) is seeking a professional to manage employee relations, wellness, and safety. A postgraduate degree in HR Management or Labour Law is essential, along with 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years at a middle management level.

The candidate will need strong skills in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and project management. The position offers a permanent role with a salary of R1,266,714.00 per annum and is located in Pretoria.
