Job Description
Overview
We're looking for a Senior M&A Leader at a multinational with a strong MENA presence, owning deal execution end-to-end and reporting into senior leadership. This is a hands‑on execution role at a company with an active deal pipeline – M&A, strategic investments, JVs, and capital markets.
Ideal Profile
- 10-18 years of experience, strong buy‑side deal execution background, PE or corporate M&A with a solid, demonstrable deal list
- Full transaction lifecycle experience: origination, valuation, structuring, and close
- Sector open – commodities or industrials adjacency useful but not required
- Arabic language skills are a meaningful differentiator given the company's regional ownership and investor relationships
- Dubai‑based candidates strongly preferred; PE professionals with global experience open to Dubai relocation actively encouraged to reach out
