• Define and drive a strong operational vision across all distribution centers
• Continuously optimize operations: receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping
• Lead and develop regional managers with inspiring and consistent leadership
• Create safe, high-performing, and collaborative work environments
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service
