Director, Decision Support

The Director of Decision Support is a strategic finance leader responsible for advancing enterprise decision-making through robust cost accounting, financial analytics, and data-driven insights. This role oversees the design, management, and continuous improvement of the organization’s costing processes and systems, while leading a high-performing analytics function that delivers both recurring and ad hoc insights.

The Director will evolve the organization’s analytic capabilities from descriptive reporting to more advanced predictive and prescriptive analytics, enabling proactive, data-informed operational and financial decisions. In addition, this role is accountable for the governance, administration, and optimization of key financial subsidiary systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability.
