About the Role We are looking for a highly strategic Director of Marketing to lead the evolution of our brand and value proposition within the banking sector, driving growth across our financial product portfolio through integrated, data‑driven, and customer‑centric strategies. This role will have a direct impact on customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth, working closely with Product, Business, and external agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy for financial products (credit, savings, investments, payments, etc.).
• Lead and oversee agency management (creative, media, performance), ensuring high‑quality execution, brand consistency, and continuous optimization.
• Act as a strategic partner to Product teams, supporting the full lifecycle from ideation to go‑to‑market of new solutions.
