Director, Data Asset Management

This role reports to the Senior Director, Data Asset Management – International Markets and is responsible for leading all aspects of data across Trans Union’s Africa regions.

Core Responsibilities Define vision and strategy for the data asset management division aligned with corporate goals and regulatory requirements. Lead end-to-end data lifecycle management including operations, quality, governance, reference/master data, metadata and warehousing. Establish and monitor data quality and maturity metrics, governance frameworks, and operational KPIs. Own data acquisition and supplier onboarding processes, including ingestion monitoring, exception handling and performance management of data providers. Design, optimise and automate data operations workflows to improve efficiency, resilience and compliance.
