Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own and grow enterprise and strategic customer accounts
- Lead a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers
- Drive retention, expansion, renewals, and platform adoption
- Serve as senior escalation point for high-stakes customer issues
- Build account planning, health scoring, and executive review processes
- Partner with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support on customer outcomes
- Support acquisition integration and change management for strategic accounts
- Represent Autura at industry events and partnerships
Requirements
- 10+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise sales
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven enterprise retention and growth results
- Strong executive presence with C-suite stakeholders
- Experience building programs and processes
- Comfort in multi-product or post-acquisition environments
