In this position, you will play a key role in providing and facilitating commercial legal advice and services to Trans Mountain’s operations and corporate functions. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing a broad range of commercial legal matters, including corporate, commercial, procurement, leasing, and land acquisition, as well as engaging and overseeing external commercial counsel when required.
