We are looking for a Director, Commercial Development to join the UPM Fibres Sales Team in building the future of UPM Fibres.
What you will do
- Lead and develop customer experience management across the business
- Own and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction practices
- Provide customer and business insights to support the development of digital services
- Oversee global customer service operations
- Drive performance improvement and ensure consistency across regional teams
- Develop and improve sales processes and ways of working
- Analyze commercial performance, identify improvement areas, and lead change
- Develop and implement commercial strategies and business plans
- Contribute as a member of the Pulp Sales Management team
