Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Board Secretariat within the Office of the CEO, the Director, Board Operations leads Board operations and governance services for HOOPP's Board of Trustees and its Committees. The role is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of the governance operating model supporting the Board and its Committees, overseeing Board and Committee planning and execution, governance and operational processes, and governance administration to enable effective oversight, informed decision-making, and strong governance practices.
