Director, Automation and Optimization (IAM, Global Security)

Job Description

The Director of Automation and Optimization (Global Security) will report to the Senior Director of Access Provisioning (IAM Operations) to lead the improvement of application access provisioning and de-provisioning activities across RBC and its subsidiaries. This role will involve working closely with peers such as Provisioning, Intelligence, Automation, and Control Governance teams to gain deep knowledge of processes, identify automation opportunities, and drive solutions that accelerate provisioning cycles, reduce manual effort, and enhance compliance.The selected candidate will be accountable for championing process efficiency, consulting on governance frameworks, and building a high-performing optimization team.
