Reporting to the CFO, you lead Bouclair's Human Resources function and support managers across the Head Office and store network throughout Canada. Leading a team consisting of an HR Advisor, a Junior HR Advisor, and a Payroll Supervisor, you combine strategic vision with a hands‑on approach to support business objectives, talent development, and a positive employee experience. You also play a key role in managing complex HR matters: employee relations, legal compliance, and change management. RESPONSIBILITIES (English)
