Description Du Poste
- Lead execution of ART features across product teams, ensuring platform strategies scale effectively across the pods
- Ensure teams are working towards building and utilizing reusable, scalable components, drive AI adoption, automation and technical efficiencies
- Lead efforts to design and implement foundational platform architecture (aligning with Mobile, Online and Salesforce)
- Identify and prioritize foundational initiatives such as security, performance optimization, framework/libraries
- Provide Technical Leadership for Digital Onboarding assets
- Collaborate with teams to ensure services design standards are prioritized
- Provide guidance and structure to horizontal teams contributing to platform (including feature refinement)
- Partner with offshore teams to accelerate delivery timelines and maintain quality of cross-POD initiatives
