Responsibilities:
Lead a team of experts and technicians, ensuring their recruitment, training, and skills development.Lead industrialization, transfer, and new product launch projects, ensuring their completion within deadlines and budgets.Guarantee compliance (GMP) and validation of production & cleaning processes, as well as operational monitoring of the annual validation plan.Define and steer the continuous improvement and technical expertise strategy for the production site, by optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing best practices.Master manufacturing processes by defining and implementing control strategies, and providing technical support for investigations.What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):
