Technical research on income-tax provisions impacting the taxation of clients and drafting detailed legal opinions on matters involving on domestic and international taxation . Preparing computation of income for corporate taxpayers including computations for companies on which IND-AS is applicable .Replying to queries raised by clients on corporate tax matters wherein issues may range from capital gains, tax payments, preparation of return of income, etc . Preparing submissions in relation to assessment and appellate proceedings in the case of clients and represent before the income-tax . Appearing before the income-tax authorities on routine matters concerning the clients; and
Support in handling administrative responsibilities for clients allocated to you such as engagement letters, filing of client papers, billing follow-up, etc.
Note -------------------Candidates with experience in international taxation shall be preferred.
