Direct Sales Agent

The Direct Sales Agent will market and sell Telkom products and services to all customers in a professional manner.

The role needs to adhere and function within the guidelines for finance controls, processes, and

policies that encompass retail operations mandate.



The roles are located in the Nairobi, Eastern, and Coast regions


1. Generate Sales – as per Targets – for Airtime, Acquisitions and Devices

2. Monitor Telkom’s inventory and consignment stock for accurate balance of inventory

movements and physical stock daily

3. Manage daily cash float and account for daily sales

4. Support and implement the customer experience improvement strategies for increased sales

5. Offer technical support to customers, especially on configuration of data devices

6. New Business Development:

a. Looking for new leads and closing them,
