Direct Collections Analyst (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

As a Collections Analyst within our General Direct Collection Team, you will build strategic relationships with customers, understand their business models, identify payment process challenges, and find solutions to improve HP and customer interlock and accelerate cash flow.
Responsibilities
Build a strategic relationship with customers, understand their business models, identify challenges in the payment process, and find solutions to improve payments and accelerate cash flow.
Send consolidated account statements to AP contacts who are usually part of centralized teams.
Log disputes raised by customers and follow up with internal and external stakeholders for resolution.
Conduct critical calls with different Order Management groups to review the status of disputes, negotiate, and agree on resolution timelines.
Hold ad‐hoc calls with Accounts Payable representatives for different Accounts Receivable reconciliations.
