This position delivers marketing strategies to drive partnership and Loyalty program KPIs, including cardholder engagement, retention, and customer experience. The successful candidate will partner closely with Digital Performance Marketing, Business stakeholders, Creative Practice teams, and external partners, to develop, deliver and measure marketing programs.
With a strong strategic mindset, the successful candidate will balance innovative thinking with clear priorities, adapt to evolving strategies, and demonstrate the impact of marketing through measurable results. Reporting to the Senior Group Marketing Manager, this role operates as a pod owner within an agile framework, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver complex loyalty campaigns and translate business strategies into effective marketing plans.
