Job Description

On-site - Manila; 1-3 years experience; High/Senior High School; Full-time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervise and support front staff, including servers and cashiers, during daily operations.
• Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service at all times.
• Monitor cashier transactions, handle voids and discounts, and ensure accurate cash handling and end‑of‑day reports.
• Oversee dining area cleanliness, table setup, and customer seating flow.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service and order accuracy.
• Assist in inventory monitoring of dining supplies and condiments.
• Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
