This role will support the Real Estate Finance (NAM) organization by driving process optimization, automation, and data‑driven efficiencies across financial and operational workflows. The position will work closely with the NAM Finance Head to deliver accurate financial insights, improve controls, and enable efficient finance processes through advanced analytics and tool development.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Design and implement automation and efficiency improvements across Real Estate finance reporting processes such as project cost tracking, Purchase Order (PO) commitments, and Budget vs. actual monitoring.
• Act as a finance back‑office during monthly close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, standardization and continuous improvement of close‑related tasks to reduce cycle time and manual intervention; design and maintain data flows and connections between multiple databases and finan...
