Responsibilities
- Provide support for modern workplace platforms including Desktop & Server OS, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and Intune.
- Manage and support Azure Windows 365 Cloud PC and virtual desktop environments.
- Deploy applications and updates using SCCM and Intune.
- Work on incident management, change activities, and Agile project delivery.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, support, and security teams to deliver stable and secure workplace services.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Citrix VDI experience.
