AdvanzIT Technologies is looking for a Digital Transformation & Automation Lead a rare blend of Business Analyst, Process Consultant, and hands‑on Software Developer. This role is central to how we operate and scale.

You will work directly with internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, Support, and Operations to understand their daily workflows, identify inefficiencies, and build practical solutions — whether that means configuring Zoho modules, writing custom integrations, or deploying AI‑powered tools that make work faster and smarter.

This is not a purely technical role, nor a purely analytical one. We need someone who can sit with a salesperson, understand their frustrations with CRM data entry, then go build a solution. Someone equally comfortable in a whiteboard session as in a code editor.
