Key tasks and responsibilities
Coordinate deployment of digital tools across multiple countries.Travel frequently to support on-site implementation and adoption.Ensure consistency of deployment practices across BUs.Design and deliver user training sessions.Develop simple and effective user guidance materials.Support change management initiatives at BU level.Contribute to ERP implementation phases (testing, training, go-live support).Assist local teams in transitioning from legacy systems.Support Power BI dashboard development.Track usage, adoption metrics and key indicators.Identify gaps and propose corrective actions.Collect and structure user feedback.Actively challenge inefficiencies and suggest improvements.Promote a digital culture within operational teams.Education & Experience
