About the Role
The ERA Academy team is the learning and development function of ERA Group, providing training to franchisees across our global network. This role sits at the heart of our digital training capability - responsible for delivering, managing, and continually improving how franchisees learn to use ERA’s systems, tools, and processes.
You’ll be the bridge between our technical platforms and the business owners who use them. Our franchisee network spans multiple countries and includes people with varying levels of English language fluency, so the ability to communicate with real clarity - adjusting your style and pace without losing accuracy - is essential.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role. You’ll be delivering live virtual training, maintaining our LMS, building eLearning content, and playing a key role in the rollout of Athena - ERA’s bespoke in-house platform that brings together CRM, project management, and data analysis a...
