Digital Service Representative

• Contract until December 2026 with a potential to convert to perm ongoing role. 
• Hourly Pay rate of $35.80 / hr + super
• Working 7 hours per day and 35 hours per week
• Work Location: Castle Hill (Fully Onsite) with rotating shifts between Monday–Saturday
• Fast paced, on-your-feet role providing customer support in the self-serve area.

Purpose of the role:
As a Digital Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in the service centre, standing in the self‑serve area and helping people complete their transactions online.
