Wine Adore is offering an internship opportunity for individuals interested in developing hands-on experience in digital sales, customer relationship management, and product recommendation within the wine industry.

You will engage with customers primarily through digital platforms while supporting the sales process from initial contact to conversion, focusing on the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and leads through CRM systems and digital platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, messaging tools)
• Provide product recommendations and support purchase decisions
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to drive conversion
• Invite customers to wine tasting events and engagement campaigns
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
