Digital Sales District Manager (Fluent in German)

As ADP’s next Digital Sales District Manager, you will introduce prospective clients to ADP’s leading solutions, build relationships across Fortune 100 organizations to small innovative businesses, and partner with internal teams and external customers to drive new business and maximize revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business forward by reaching and exceeding sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans, using a cold‑calling strategy to build relationships, uncover true business needs, and recommend the right ADP products and services.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross‑selling into existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
