oFinancial awareness and guidanc

• eEngage new leads through outbound calling - understanding their requirements, goals, and risk appetite
• .Educate customers on the fundamentals of mutual fund investing: SIPs, lump sum, asset classes, risk profiles, and why FundsIndia's curated approach works
• .Build genuine relationships nurturing leads across multiple touchpoints until they're confident and ready to invest
• .Be the customer's go-to person for any questions during their onboarding journey
