Overview

Finnair is looking for a Digital Product Lead, Engagement Foundations responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for secure, scalable, and data‑driven customer engagement across Finnair’s digital ecosystem. The role focuses on capabilities such as identity and authentication, Finnair Plus profile and member data services, loyalty fraud prevention, account security, engagement orchestration, and partner integrations.
