Job Description
Role Overview
WPP Media, part of WPP’s AI‑driven media operating unit, is looking for a Digital Media Planner to execute the technical and operational aspects of digital campaigns, bridging accounts, publishers, and ad‑serving technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage ad‑serving operations with mastery of Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
- Diagnose and resolve technical ad‑serving issues in collaboration with publishers and internal teams.
- Maintain proactive technical communication with publishers for campaign implementation and exploration of new formats.
- Collaborate closely with Client Services teams to align technical implementations with client objectives.
- Track and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs, ensuring proper activation and measurement in the ad server.
- Resolve incidents with support and vendors to guarantee campaign continuity.
- Provide general support to team managers in daily operations.
