Requirements
- Has built or grew a skincare or cosmetics brand in Pakistan
- Can lead a team
- Understands how Pakistani women discover, trust, and buy skincare
- Knows how to position a brand, plan campaigns, and brief a team
- Can read performance data and make decisions from it — Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify
- If you have done this before in skincare, we want to talk. If you haven't, this role is not for you.
