Job Order: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00/hr Requirements:

Schedule: Monday -Friday 8 AM -5 PM

Job Description

1. Marketing Orders

• Provide order status updates and assist with customer inquiries
• Maintain and update marketing inventory
• Communicate ETA for out‑of‑stock items
• Track orders through shipment and closure
• File and close completed orders

2. Marketing Tools

• Coordinate monthly updates to literature and yearly collateral
• Ensure materials reflect new products and testing updates
• Manage marketing inventory (giveaways, samples, literature)
