Job Description
We're looking for a **Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist** who can do two things exceptionally well: drive demand through paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) that efficiently converts prospects into leads, and build operational excellence through HubSpot mastery, marketing automation, and data-driven optimization.
This is a hands-on, execution role where you build campaigns, optimize funnels, clean data, create workflows, and report on performance. You'll be given clear strategic direction from our Head of Marketing, and your job is to make it happen with technical excellence.
**What you'll do**:
**Manage paid advertising campaigns** across Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, and LinkedIn, deciding how to allocate, when to scale, and when to cut.
**Own HubSpot CRM** as the expert, administrator, and architect — organising leads, implementing lead scoring, creating lifecycle stages, and building automated nurture workflows.
