Goodwill Industries of the Columbia is seeking a full‑time English/ Spanish Digital Literacy instructor. This position holds the critical role in bringing digital skills/literacy and tech navigation resources to people throughout this Goodwill’s region in Washington. Working with a Digital Literacy Program Coordinator and other workforce development professionals in a team approach, each instructor will provide individualized/in‑class assistance both remotely and in‑person to vulnerable individuals who lack digital literacy skills, access to computing devices, or the internet.

The Digital Literacy Instructor will perform an initial assessment to learn technology and connectivity needs and the current digital skills level of program participants to assist them with accessing computer hardware, the internet, and basic foundational digital literacy skills training.
