Digital Learning Implementation Specialist

The Digital Learning Implementation Specialist engages customers within assigned schools to effectively implement Alef Products and Services in support of student, teacher, school leadership and school success.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains customer relationships with school stakeholders focusing on both school leadership teams and teacher relationships to facilitate the effective usage of the Alef Platform to serve their educational needs.
• Trains school leaders to support effective usage of the platform, its data, and other features such as the Academy.
• Facilitates and supports the collection and analysis of student and teacher data using a variety of tools to identify gaps and suggest solutions for improvement.
• Leads training and support systems that enable teachers’ product utilization and long‑term adoption.
