The Role

A London Council is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the successful delivery of digital transformation and service improvement initiatives across the organisation. Working within Digital Services, you will play a key role in helping services adopt and embed new systems, processes and ways of working. This position will work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, operational teams and senior stakeholders to ensure change is effectively managed and benefits are fully realised.
