OBJECTIVE
Lead the design, development, and scaled deployment of AI-enabled commercialization solutions—especially GenAI-driven content capabilities—to improve customer engagement and omnichannel effectiveness. This role bridges business needs and technology feasibility, translating brand and field requirements into measurable AI products that enhance content speed, quality, compliance, and personalization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Support supervisor to design and implement China commercial digital strategy targeting to improve commercial operation efficiency
Identify key issues/challenges among existing operation process and align with business owners
Prioritize key areas that digital solutions/AI can support the efficiency improvement
