Job Description

I am currently looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of key retail banking products, specifically ISAs, Current Accounts, and Savings. This role will suit someone who thrives in a smaller banking environment, where flexibility, ownership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for digital banking initiatives

Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements across ISA, Current Account, and Savings products

Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications

Support end-to-end delivery, from discovery through to implementation and post-launch optimisation
