Responsibilities
- Grow Client Entertainments corporate digital presence through website PWA SEO campaigns and the development of relevant B2C and B2B content.
- As a clientfacing role develop fully integrated digital media campaigns with clear measurable KPIs for events.
- Manage Customer Relationship Management growing the B2C customer database and providing customer insights for targeted campaigns. Manage the tools.
- (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud) and guide the development of compelling internal and external email/SMS campaigns for the organization and events.
