We are looking for a Digital Assets Trader for the LATAM Time zone, supporting our core Market Making Algorithmic Trading Business.Job descriptionSupporting the deployment of new algorithms, clients and marketsKeeping a global updated view of all algorithmic trading operationsTrade execution across crypto spot, perpetuals and options; and hedging both cryptoand FX related exposure.Trading operations including asset rebalancing across multiple CEXs and DEXs; and facilitating settlement of assets against several trading counterparties.Preventative actions by spread adaptations and configuring conditions, pricing and exposure thresholds on algorithmic trading bots.Monitoring closely client service level agreements are met and evaluating trading performance using internal, exchange and on-chain data.Keeping track of the treasury, and liaising with the finance team on accounting for asset balances across operations.Keeping track of and reporting technical and financial problems and provi...
